Sandy Root is an Access bodyworker who is currently working towards her Master’s degree in Acupuncture, and is now living in Brooklyn.  There are several body processes she can do to facilitate the body in healing itself and/or becoming more conscious. 

A very dynamic process called the ‘Bars’ is a process where different bars or points on the head are held that allow energy to flow and can release feelings, emotions, and thoughts around money, aging, relationships, power, creativity, control, sexuality, the body, and more.  This can release judgments and limitations that hold you back in these areas.  The ‘Bars’ can be done in private sessions ($125/session), or gifting and receiving classes can be arranged.
